"I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!"
Oh yes, Natalie Toyne takes evil extremely seriously. The Wicked Witch of the West is a role for which she's been preparing for over a decade now, so I'd be afraid, I'd be very afraid!
Natalie trained at the RSAMD (now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) and at HB Studios, New York.
She most recently played in a series of short plays at the Tron Theatre entitled Scenes Unseen and before that, Prudy Pingleton in Hairspray at the Aberystwyth Arts Centre directed/choreographed by Anthony Williams.
Other theatre credits include Marta in Sondheim's Company (Cottiers Theatre), Rafaella inElegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens (Tron Theatre/Insideout Productions), Jilly in Jackie and the Beanstalk (Macrobert Arts Centre), Janet Taylor in John Paul Jones (Poor Richard Productions), Alice in Whisky Kisses (Right Line Productions), Spotty in Mother Bruce and Katie in Ya Beauty and the Beast (Tron Theatre), and the Edinburgh Fringe Debut of Little Johnny’s Big Gay Musical (Random Accomplice).
Natalie played Miss Green in My First Spellbook ((Short Film) Winner of the Royal Television Society Scotland award 2012).
Look out! She's behind you!
